It seems like a long time since our last holiday, and for anyone who wants to check out what we did last year, it's only a click away at Flogida 2012.
This year the plan is for a much more relaxing holiday and the Kindle is already loaded with lots of books to catch up with.
In terms of the holiday planning we are nearly complete, with the exception of sun tan lotion and insect repellent which is on my list for this week to purchase. Mrs J is particularly prone to being bitten by mosquitoes... I put it down to the Chardonnay myself...
So we are off to Pra Delle Torri in Italy. It's a bit further north than we have been before, but still on the Adriatic Coast. So we have the pools and the beach which is great having the best of both worlds.
Miss B is very keen to go fashion shopping and to take lots of photos. My credit card has only just recovered from the two day visit to the Discount Malls in Florida... oh well.
Situated on the Northern Coast of the Adriatic, between Venice and Trieste, Pra’delle Torri is an ideal base for touring.
The quaint Venetian style fishing town of Caorle with its attractive centre is nearby, while the popular resort of Jesolo is just half an hour’s drive.
Equally close along the coast is the tourist area of Bibione, with many shops and restaurants to enjoy.
The pool complex at Pra’delle Torri is one of the most spectacular in Europe, with a first class array of swimming pools, waterslides and a pirate-themed lagoon pool for kids.
There’s also direct access to a compact beach with all kinds of watersports on offer, as well as an 18-hole golf course that offers a 40% reduction on green fees for Eurocamp customers.
So the countdown continues....
